焦艳平，女，毕业于兰州理工大学。发表了《旋启式止回阀动水力矩探究》《基于响应面分析法的鼓泡板式换热器优化设计分析》《Numerical prediction of heat transfer performance of plate heat exchanger based on experimental data assimilation to calibrate turbulence model constants》等多篇论文。现为bat365在线中国登录入口工程管理学院教师，承担画法几何与工程制图、新能源技术、热质交换原理与设备等课程教学任务。
